I am getting an error when I try to upload a W-9 or W8-BEN. What do I do?

When uploading a W-9 or W8-BEN, ensure that you:

1. Click "Upload completed W9" and attach the W9 file from your computer

2. Check the box next to the statement "I attest that all the information entered..."

3. Click "Submit"
